Big Feet, Little Feet--Every Step Counts!!

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the Komen Wichita Race for the Cure on September 27, 2008 in the fight against breast cancer. Myself, my mom and both boys will all be walking in the "1 Mile Fun Walk' in Memory of my grandma. My grandma passed away in 2005 and never got to meet the boys.

I want to do our part, to assist in the Race for the Cure for so that in the future, no one loses another loved one due to breast cancer. We are walking with other moms to form the team "Mamas for TaTas." :D

By participating in the Wichita Race, this helps give money back to fund vital breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs in our own community, the state of Kanasas, and support the national search for a cure. One in 8 women will be stricken with breast cancer in her lifetime.
